Take the I-10 East toward Tucson. Exit at Grant Road (no. 256) and stay straight onto N. Freeway Road. Then turn right onto W. Grant Rd. and in one mile, W. Grant becomes West Ironwood Hill Drive. Pass N. Greasewood Rd. and Sterling University Villa at Ironwood will be on your right.

From University of Arizona:
Head West on E. University Blvd. toward N. Park Ave. Thereafter, turn right onto N. Euclid Ave. followed by a left onto E. Speedway Blvd. Then turn right onto N. Silverbell Rd. Take a left onto W. Ironwood Hill Dr. Pass N. Greasewood Rd. and Sterling University Villa at Ironwood will be on your right.

From Pima Community College:
Head west on W. Anklam Rd. toward N. Greasewood Rd. Turn right onto N. Greasewood Rd. and left onto W. Ironwood Hill Dr. Sterling University Villa at Ironwood will be on your right.
